Sun-drenched Summer Days

Charles Dickens had it right - "It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade."

So we may still be waking up to frost and snow, and those sun-drenched summer days and balmy nights may not be here quite yet, but that should not prevent you from getting a head start on warm weather style by playing with summer's chicest shade, should it? Turquoise - the color that reminds you of the mesmerizing blue-green hue of the Caribbean waters and long summer afternoons spent doing nothing but lazing on the beach with a good book.
Great Expectations, huh? :)

Have a beautiful weekend, everyone!

    1. Bets, I remember that saree from your wedding pics! I also remember thinking at that time that it was so beautiful and that it was very interesting of you to go that route - instead of with the typical red or burgundy for such sarees! As for silver accessories, I hardly have any - I normally tend to gravitate towards warm tones - but I'll definitely put something together! :)
